The inner path
of leadership
A two-day immersive journey of self-transformation for authentic, purposeful, and impactful leadership.
Real transformation begins within
This immersive experience is for leaders and executives who recognize that real transformation begins within. It is rooted in a single, powerful insight: transforming yourself is the prerequisite for transforming the systems you lead.
This journey invites you to turn inward—to examine the deeper patterns that shape how you lead, connect with purpose, and embody the change you wish to create. Because organizations rise only to the level of consciousness of their leaders, and the most enduring shifts begin with a leader's own evolution.
This experience is grounded in the belief that deep self-awareness and intentional choice are the foundation of authentic leadership.
"An organization cannot evolve beyond the consciousness of its leaders."

The inner path of leadership
The Inner Path of Leadership is grounded in Lisa Doig’s Transforming Self program and the Values and Purpose methodology from Corporate Evolution. It weaves together Eastern teachings from Gita Bellin’s lineage with insights from influential figures in leadership and psychology, including Carl Jung, Robert Kegan, Otto Scharmer, Viktor Frankl, Bob Anderson, Richard Barrett, and Byron Katie—as well as wisdom teachers such as Thích Nhất Hạnh, Jack Kornfield, Eckhart Tolle, and Deepak Chopra.
This approach helps leaders uncover and shift limiting beliefs and patterns, enabling them to lead with greater clarity, authenticity, and purpose.
This programme is designed with flexibility in mind, tailored for one-to-one sessions, small groups, or entire executive teams. It can be delivered online or in person, and is available in 1.5-day, 2-day, or 3-day formats to suit your needs.
The program overview:
A two-day exploration
Across two days of guided reflection, facilitated dialogue, and
powerful frameworks, you will explore the inner terrain of your leadership.
Day one: awareness, pattern, and possibility
Day one is about seeing the water you swim in. We illuminate the unconscious patterns, beliefs, and values that shape your leadership from beneath the surface. You will:
Distinguish between technical problems and deeper, adaptive challenges.
Engage the Iceberg Model to uncover your unconscious beliefs.
Explore the Barrett Values Model to surface your inner drivers.
Reflect on reactive patterns and limiting mindsets to begin the shift.
Learn the path from: Upset → Awareness → Choice → Practice → Mastery.
Day two: Purpose, legacy, and integration
Day two is about integration and forward momentum. We connect you with your core purpose and translate inner awareness into intentional, impactful action. You will:
Reconnect with your core purpose—what truly energises and sustains you.
Reflect on key life experiences to reveal the deeper lessons they hold.
Articulate a clear personal purpose and envision your unique leadership legacy.
Practice transformational questioning and creative reframing.
Understand how your own inner development enables systemic and cultural transformation.
This experience is for leaders who are
Standing at a personal or professional threshold, ready for what's next.
Seeking clarity, depth, and renewed alignment in how they lead.
Ready to move beyond reactivity and into a state of purpose-led presence.
Committed to leading not only with expertise—but with profound insight, integrity, and intention.
