The Long Arc is the deeper orientation beneath our work: a wider view of what leadership is for.
Leadership is not measured only by immediate performance, but by the quality of attention, responsibility and stewardship a leader brings to what comes next, and by how today’s choices shape organisations, people, wider systems and generations still to come.
