At IMD’s Orchestrating Winning Performance programme, Luminous led a workshop on The Long Arc of Leadership: Ancient Wisdom, Modern Science, with members of the Luminous faculty joining as guest speakers.
The session invited senior leaders to explore inner awareness, threshold moments, liminal space, breath, reflection and ritual as supports for more conscious leadership.

Teams went back to their organisations and began opening meetings with one minute of breathwork. Participants described feeling more relaxed, recharged and empowered, with practical ways to shift state, presence and focus under pressure.
What they valued was greater capacity: the ability to meet demanding work from a steadier, more conscious place.
