Our first gathering at the Royal Institution brought together leaders, founders, executives, practitioners and wisdom holders to explore what this moment is asking of the people who carry responsibility.
At the centre of the evening was a live inquiry between H.E. Khedrup Rinpoche, Susan Goldsworthy and José-Luiz Moura, moderated by Anthony Venus, with Luminous Mind joining the conversation as a fourth voice.
Together, they explored how ancient wisdom, modern leadership science and AI-enabled inquiry can help leaders meet threshold moments with greater clarity, wisdom and responsibility.
Senior Luminous faculty Eugene Vyborov and Kate van Akin brought further perspectives to the evening, before the conversation opened to the room and guests reflected on the thresholds alive in their own leadership and organisations.
The evening also marked the release of The Long Arc of Leadership, Luminous research into what leaders believe matters most today and the long-term consequences of the choices they make, opening a public doorway into the wider body of work behind Luminous.
